(1) The federal law can be made to be applicable to all of Nepal or only to a region of Nepal as per the need.
(2) Provincial laws can be made to be applicable to the entire province or only to a region of the province as per the need.
(3) If two or more provinces request the Government of Nepal to make a law on any of the matters mentioned in Schedule-6, the Federal Parliament may make the necessary law. Such law will be applicable only in the case of the respective province.
